Beaver Dam Woods is aptly named and known for its abundance of beavers, but it holds far more than just rodents. The trees are thick with deer and the water swamped with birds, due to the woods being tucked behind a small mount that spares it from the worst floods. Packs often jockey to own these woods - and when unclaimed, loners will squabble relentlessly over who gets what small patch of land within it to hunt on.
